Professional chef Jon Villar has over 20 years of experience. Former head chef at PJ's Grill, Kopapa, MBER and GammaGamma, he has now set up residency in a private members club in Shoreditch– The King’s Head. Jon works around the clock to offer fresh flavours, with a mix of authentic classic and modern innovative Asian dishes. His inspiration comes from the flavours he experienced growing up in the Philippines, and his later travels around Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
